How can I lose weight without pills?

I have a boring job where I sit at the computer all day and do surveys and radio news. Ive tryed pills after pills. And sometimes I go without eating. Its been hard and I like a little weight but I want about 50 pounds gone. What can I do to lose the extra baggage?? Love handles are killing me.

The best way is to find an exercise program and diet that fits your schedule daily. If you are starving, only make matters worse, because your body does not know when they are getting the food to come, so start to store what you eat when you eat, and you are asked not start increasing in size.
