What are the eviction laws for short term vacation rentals?
I have a condo in Palm Springs California that I rent out to vacationers. If I rent to someone on a ONE month lease agreement, and they refuse to leave at the end of the lease, do I need to file an unlawful detainer lawsuit?
call the police they are trespassers. They knew going in that it was only for a month. This is not a permanent residence.
